Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of our stylists and other guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No Call / No Show Policy
We value your time and ours. If a guest fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without calling or messaging in advance, it will be considered a No Call / No Show.
After one no-show, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.
Repeat no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges with the salon.
We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
We’re happy to reschedule appointments as needed!
To avoid any fees, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
If a deposit was placed, it will be transferred to the new appointment as long as proper notice is given.
